Where our boys Play

Hello Blog friends and followers, thank you for popping in.  A very quick post today, still enjoying time with friends.  Tonight is the BIG Party, so Glad Rags laid out and ready.  Could take some time getting the "face" ready!!!
I have mentioned a few times that our Grandsons are very lucky to have a wonderful playground at "The Ranch"
Thought I would show you a couple of pictures:-

The "burn" or stream
The "lane" at the Ranch
More water,  they do wade with their wellies on right down the length of the lane.  The burn then goes through a pipe along the side of a field coming out at a little pond.
Think you can understand why they have so much fun.
They also learnt to ride their bikes in the lane.  Taught by the ever patient Grandpa

Thank you for your visit I really appreciate that you take time to call and leave all your wonderful comments.
Till next time

Oldie for Friday

Hello Blog friends and followers, hope you are all well.  If not I send you some (((((hugs))))) in hope they might help.  Please help yourself, plenty more where they came from.  Been another busy week here at The Ranch.  Lots done round the house and garden.
We are spending lots of time with friends this weekend, David is 70 so BIG celebrations.  Lots of preparations, things to do and make.
Anyway here is my offering for Oldie for Friday started by Erika over at

A little box I made for my friend Pearl.
I met Pearl when I transfered to the local Bank after moving out here to the country.  We became close friends and still are.
Box is made to fit the SB Lacy Doily Die (think that`s what it is called)
I scored the card on my Score Board to give the effect
American Seam Binding and pearls from stash

Rose made with SB Blossom Five Die
I think this was the first Rose I made with that Die.
Even I can see that my Roses have improved a little since then.

That`s it for today
Thank you for you visit I really appreciate it
Till next time
