"Way different for Me!!!"

Hello Blog friends, followers and all who just call by out of curiosity.  Welcome to my Blog, hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend.
Rather miserable here today, I am so glad I did all the washing yesterday.  Got it all dried, ironed and put away.  I love when I get the bedding all done and back in the cupboard, every time you open the door there is that wonderful "fresh air" smell.  No matter how they try I really doubt if they could ever capture it.
Robert (8) off playing football, Thomas (10) decided rather than go watch in the rain coming here was the better option.  Dad is part of the Management Team so has to be there.  Mum (midwife) working day shift.  Thomas made the right choice, he`s like me does not like wet miserable days.
Thomas and his Grandpa love to be together doing things.  Building a model of an American Steam Engine at the moment.  I just supply the drinks and eats.  Soon it will be time to organise lunch for "everyone" John Jnr and Robert coming here later.
I have been playing with something very different for me.  I am not a stamper but really admire what some people can achieve.  I got a link for Stampscapes Stamps:-  from my friend Rita:-  I just had to have a go.
Here are my first attempts:-

Still have a lot to learn but I really enjoyed playing with these stamps.  I am waiting for another set coming.
Made a few more of these cards.   Packed them into 3s they are destined for the Raffle Table at a School Concert next Friday.  I also included packs of my Rose Stamped Cards.  Something for both Ladies & Gents
I love to dabble rather than just making cards.  My first love is just Playing with Paper and card.
Right folks better go rattle those pots and pans.

Thank you for your visit I really appreciate that you take time to call and leave all your lovely messages.
Till next time

We would like to see some of your older creations.  It does not have to be cards, anything that you have made in the past and would like to share, pop it on your Blog, we can then have a wee look.
How about some beautiful photographs you have taken, they would be great to see as well.
OK! here is mine for this Friday:-

"Card Class Project"

Hello Blog friends, followers and any passers by.  Welcome to my Blog, I hope you like what you see and will pop back again soon.  Thank you for all your wonderful comments and encouragement. that`s what makes it all worth while.
I was to be getting on with my Crochet BUT  just can`t get into the "swing" of it just yet.  I have stated but as I am not really great at Crochet, I have made a few little mistakes.  I have popped it out of sight for a couple of days in hope that when I get back to it ..... my mind will be on the job!!!!
Off along to the Tearoom to do my Card Class, we will be making boxes today.  I have done as much of the project as I can without actually making the blooming box for them.  Some of my longer serving followers will remember I do have problems with a few of the ladies not wanting to come out of their "comfort zone" of just making cards.......!!!
Anyway here are some of my samples to show how the basic "recipe" can be altered to make whatever size you want:-

Two totally different shapes one "recipe" just alter the ingredient amounts

The design of the box

An even bigger Box this time

I have cut out all the bits for this box which is not too big for them to manage
Just big enough for this:-
OOOpps!! just noticed I have forgotten the paper on the inside of the lid.  Better go get that sorted before I go.

That`s it for now
Thank you for calling in and leaving all your comments I really appreciate it
Till next time
