"Oldie for Friday No3"

Well folks I might be basking in the sunshine (I do hope so) I have not forgotten my Friday post.
Erika over a suggested  "Oldies for Friday".  I think she wants us to "use" some of our old stuff as well as showing older cards for Posts on a Friday.  I have stuck to showing older cards I made during a "colouring period" using Sugar Nellie Digital stamps.  I am not really good at colouring but I do have times when I feel I am getting there and colour everything in sight.
I am hopeless with the computer.  How I ever managed to set up a Blog really amazes me.  I am going to try scheduling this, I do hope it works.
Hazel does everything using her iPad, afraid I have not mastered that as yet. She might just keep you up to date on her Blog as to what we are doing while enjoying ourselves..
We will still be looking in on what you are doing even though we are on holiday.  We usually sit in our beds,  late evening and Blog Hop!! discussing all your wonderful creations.
Here is my card for today:-

Base card is slightly bigger than DL
Card and backing paper from my stash
SB Lattice Die
SB Rectangle Die
Sugar Nellie Digital image coloured using ProMarkers
Satin ribbon and pearl from my stash

That`s it for today
Thank you for visiting I really appreciate it
Till next time

"A man card"

Hello Blog friends and followers, hope you are well.  If not here are a few hugs to help a little.
Thank you for calling in I really love that you take time to do that.
Busy, busy here at the Ranch.  Between the boys coming and getting things ready for when I am away it has been none stop. The old lady in the village who I make cards for heard I was going away.  She came along yesterday with an order for lots of cards.  I did tell her I was only away for eleven days not eleven months!!!!!    That`s them all ready to be delivered later today.  It was raining yesterday so just busied myself doing them.
John is not a cook unless it goes in the Foreman Grill or Oven Grill.  We also have an Acti Fry if he wants some chips, saves him burning the house down!!!   He manages fine on his own .....he just has to!!!  I prepare lots of meals and have them in the freezer.  He will be along at John & Audrey`s a fair bit, he always is.  They really look after him.  Works two ways, we have lots of  "Brownie Points" stacked up at the moment.......!!!!
My card for today is one of two that were almost the same.  One is for John for his birthday on Thursday (he does not look at my Blog) so I can show it to you.  The other was an order for a customer to send down south, I felt I could kill to birds with one stone as they say......

Base card 5x7 Kraft card
Black Card Stock embossed with a Wood grain Embossing Folder
Reverse side of the Kraft card for the Tag
SB Classic Circle Die
I think the tree stamp is an Indigo Blue one
JustRite Stamp for the Birthday Greeting
Button from my Button Box
Cord was from a skirt belt.  It had a buckle with lots and lots of cords.
I dumped the skirt but kept the belt I just knew it would come in handy one day!!!

That`s it for today
Thank you for your visit I really appreciate it
Till next time

"Have a lovely Day"

Hi! folks, hope you are all well and "having a lovely day".  Weather here in Perthshire is appalling.  Rain, rain and even more rain.  Oooopps! spoke too soon I actually see a brighter patch in the sky away in the distance.......!!!  Wonder if it will reach here??
Thank you for visiting, I really enjoy having you here.  I would like to welcome my latest follower Cass from  Cass is from Glasgow and I read she does demonstrations at the large Craft Warehouse at Hillington.  Elaine and I were there a couple of months ago. My first visit was when John took me there last year and I had a ball.  Its a great place, not the easiest to find but once there oh! wow! they have lots and lots of goodies.  The ladies at the Craft Class want Elaine and I to take them.  We will have a day away doing that soon.
Before that I am looking forward to my holiday with Hazel and Elaine.  We fly out to Dalyan, Turkey on Thursday evening.   I thought I was getting on great laying things out on the spare bed, hanging things in the spare room ...... till I got a phone call asking if we can take the boys to sleep and put to school Tuesday evening/Wedneday morning. Audrey working and John Jnr. who was to work from home has been called to a meeting in London. Wednesday morning 9.30am ..... do these people realize how far up the road we are??  John Jnr.will take the sleeper down to be there on time.
