"Going with the Flow"

Hello Blog friends, how are you all??  I hope you are all well,  if not here are a few hugs, to help.
I am really frightened at the speed the days and weeks are flying by.  I have been rather busy to the extent that the only time I seem to get my bottom on a chair is to eat my meals.  Oh! the other time is wizzing to  and from the shops to stock up on food.  You can probably guess by that remark the boys have been here a fair bit.  They pop in if they are along our direction, send their parents off then forget to home or should I say don`t want to go home.  They stayed over on Tuesday night, we had an adventure day out yesterday (Wednesday) great fun had by all.  Biggest laugh was at Granny "trying" to get round the Crazy Golf.  Their dad came for them just after tea time ...... tell you what I was in bed and sleeping by 10pm last night.  However no chance of that tonight Elaine is coming she never leaves for home before "midnight"
Every one seems to be making these "Card in a Box" so needless to say I had to have a go.  I really do not do measuring so just did my own folding and cutting.  I had done one when Robert spotted it so we had to have a go at one together.  We did them using A5 I then did a couple using A4.  Here is what we have up too:-

My one using Die Cut flowers from Craftwork Cards  and A4 card

Second one using my own Die Cuts and A4 card

Roberts one using Craftwork Cards Die Cuts and A5 Card which he folded and scored himself

Roberts latest colouring project
Thomas decided he would rather bake, he made muffins or large (Fairy Cakes as we called them)
Most of them were eaten before I thought about photographing them.

That`s it for today thank you so much for popping by I really appreciate it and all your lovely comments
Till next time

"Wedding Trio"

Hello Blog friends, followers and all who pop in just to have a wee look.   Great to have you here, I love to read all your comments makes this Blogging lark more worth while.  If you are visiting, leaving a comment and do not have an active Blog  .. thank you very much.  I always feel a little guilty if I can not link back to either visit your Blog or at least thank you, so I am doing that now.
Weather has been quite nice here the past few days, still rather cool, yesterday was also very windy.  Not complaining the washing has been out dried and ironed, put away all in the same day.
Boys here all day Friday, were out playing most of the time.  They had great fun feeding the sheep over the fence and playing in the woods.  Robert also did some stamping & colouring boy type images!!!   I will pop them on my Blog some day this week.  Mummy was night shift, Daddy up early for a meeting in Glasgow.  He dropped the boys off on his way past, that way Audrey was able to get home and have a sleep.   Audrey had a special delivery at work ...... my friend Elaine`s daughter had a little girl.  They have called her Emily Rose she was 6lbs 11ozs.
Have been busy with orders plus making cards to welcome the new baby.  I have also managed to get time to open all the new Dies I have bought.  I feel rather guilty at buying Dies and never actually getting them out of the packets.  They are out in the "open" now and I have been playing with them. Results will be shown soon.
Here is a "wedding trio" for an order.  I was asked for a Card "boxed" and a little Gift Card:-

Card approx 8 x 8 cut from A3 Papermill White card
Centura Pearl from Crafters Companion also A3 cut to size, a Sue Wilson Embossing folder
SB Die lightly inked with Victorian Velvet distress ink for the computer generated sentiment
SB Blossom Five for the Roses also lightly inked
SB Foliage for the leaves

Now the Box:-

Box is from Stella Crafts 8 x 8
I like to buy my boxes for Special Order Cards
White Organza ribbon from Mieflower which ties so beautifully.  A Rose and a  couple of leaves

Little Gift Card approx 4 x 4 made from off cuts from the project:-

That`s it for today
